Donation Requests

Kelley Country Creamery is a proud part of a caring and generous community.

We thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. We strive to accommodate as many meaningful charitable requests as possible throughout the year. Please fill out the online Donation Request Form below to submit your request. The form will be reviewed by the Kelley Country Creamery team.

Please remember that submitting an online request does not guarantee a donation.

Due to the number of requests we receive, our Submission Guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible.
Please take a moment to become familiar with our policies below before submitting your online request.

In order for your donation request to be considered, you must be able to answer ‘yes’ to statements below.
1. My organization is a registered 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 non-profit.
2. My organization is located in Wisconsin.
3. My event is at least six (6) weeks away.
